My husband and I went to a show called "Best Before" at the Berkely St. Theatre, home to the Canadian Stage Company. This Luminato show by the group Rimini Protokoll, was just awesome!
It's a show that uses the audience members as the antagonists in the story being watched. Each audience member uses a video game controller to control their own avatar on the screen. It was a fun and thought-provoking performance that I would surely participate in again. It was not like anything I have ever experienced before. If you're looking for something to do I highly reccomend it. The show is only on in Toronto until Saturday June 19th, 2010. Tickets are a measily $35, and can be purchased from the Luminato website. Have fun, I'd love to hear your thoughts after your experience!
